I’ve spent more than two decades building and operating software systems—across architecture, cloud, security, product, and large-scale delivery. The work has changed shape over time, but the through-line hasn’t: design systems that hold up under real use, then keep them coherent as the business and the technology shift.

Today I sit at the intersection of technology strategy, AI, and product architecture. I am Co-founder & CEO of Workplate, where we are building an AI-native operating platform for businesses that sell and deliver work to customers. The goal is a more coherent operating model across customers, work, assets, money, and communication—opinionated enough to reduce coordination overhead, and careful about where AI interprets, surfaces risk, and acts within policy.

Alongside Workplate, I advise founders, CEOs, and technology leaders on AI adoption, product modernization, architecture, engineering strategy, and technology transformation. I also co-founded Obedien, a practitioner-led DPDP compliance platform for India, focused on operationalising compliance beyond documents—workflows, evidence, tenant isolation, and auditability, with regulatory judgment kept separate from automation.

The question I keep returning to is simple: how should businesses and software systems evolve when intelligence and implementation are becoming dramatically cheaper? That changes what we build, how teams operate, where AI should be trusted, and where human judgment still matters. My focus is less on chasing individual technologies and more on helping organizations decide what to build, what to automate, and how to create durable technology advantage.
